Ryan Carroll
Ryan is the Project Manager for New Business of the Greater
Dallas County Development Alliance (GDCDA). His main focus is
on Project Assistance; Community, Commercial and Industrial
Development; and Marketing; with additional time directed toward
various committees and informational updates.
He has a background working with the Iowa Department of Economic
Development and is a graduate of the University of Northern
Iowa. Ryan is a football and baseball fan and enjoys spending
time with his wife, Stacy.
