Monte R. Antisdel is the Business Development Manager for Regency Commercial Services based in West Des Moines, IA.

Monte is a 1971 graduate of the University of Kansas and after graduation spent 1 1/2 years in the banking business in Clear Lake, IA and Iowa City, IA before joining The Graham Group in 1972. Monte spent almost 25 years with The Graham Group becoming their President in1986. While at The Graham Group, Monte started Graham Construction Company and was their President from 1981-1996. In 1996, Monte opened a construction office for Welch Construction Company of Minneapolis, MN in Kansas City. Monte returned to Des Moines in 1999 working for the Weitz Company and Point Builders before joining Regency Commercial Services in 2005. Monte is a licensed real estate broker in Iowa and Minnesota.

Monte is married to Diane who is a registered nurse who works in ICU/CCU at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines and they live on an acreage west of Adel, IA. Monte has two grown daughters that are also graduates of the University of Kansas and they reside in Des Moines. Monte & Diane spend their leisure time with their horses and take them foxhunting, camping, and trail riding. Monte has been the Master of Foxhounds for the Moingona Hunt for 25 years and is the regional director for Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Minnesota for the Master of Foxhounds Association, which is based in Leesburg, VA. Monte helped start the Des Moines Polo Club in 1982 and played for 20 years.
