Mike Kammerer
Mike
Kammerer, P.E., is Vice President of Shive-Hattery, a nationally
recognized architectural and engineering firm based in the Midwest.
As director of the Des Moines office, Kammerer has full responsibility
for all projects and coordinates the expertise required from
all disciplines to complete civil and building systems projects.
His professional expertise includes project management and coordination,
design layout and construction management for industrial, municipal,
institutional, governmental, and private projects. These projects
have involved both new facilities and modifications to existing
facilities with project costs ranging from $10,000 to $20 million.
Kammerer graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in
civil engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer
(PE) in Iowa, Arkansas, and Texas. He is also on the Boards
of the West Des Moines Chamber, DMACC Foundation and the Iowa
Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies. He
is a member of the Rotary Club of Des Moines A.M., the National
Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of
Civil Engineers.
