Linda is the president and owner of consulting firm, Professional Development and Finance Services, Inc. Her main client base includes the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance (which she provides executive director leadership) and organizations such as the Iowa League of Cities and Mid-Iowa Development Fund. Prior to establishing her own consulting firm she was the executive director to Delaware County Economic Development Commission and Coordinator for Strawberry Point economic development.

Linda received her BS in marketing from Upper Iowa University and is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute through the University of Oklahoma. In addition she holds the professional designations of Certified Economic Developer and Economic Development Finance Professional.

Linda has been in the economic development profession for over nineteen years and served as president of Professional Developers of Iowa in 1995. She is an active member of the Professional Developers of Iowa and the International Economic Development Council.
