Jody Gunderson

Jody Gunderson is the Director of Community Development for the City of Waukee. Prior to joining the city staff in August 2000, Jody was the Director of Lee County Development Corporation. He received a BS and MA from the University of North Dakota with an emphasis in economic development and real estate finance and investment. Jody was previously a consultant with Goodman & Associates, a firm specializing in real estate appraisal and business feasibilities.
