Butch Niebuhr

Butch is currently City Administrator for the City of Perry. He has been the Superintendent of the Perry Water Department since 1986 where he began his public employment in 1980. Butch is on the board of the Iowa Rural Water Association and Chairman of the Recreational Trails Group for Perry. Butch is a graduate of Perry Community High School and attended Ellsworth Community College.
