Today, Governor Terry Branstad and Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds announced six additional industrial sites to achieve certification through the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) certified site program. The Perry site was among the six. In addition the Governor announced the plans to rollout a pilot “Green” Certification to take place in Woodward, Iowa. “This is a great day for Dallas County! The addition of Perry makes three certified sites in the County with Woodward on track to be the fourth. All of the sites have very unique attributes and different target markets”, said Linda Wunsch, Executive Director of the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance. Read more »
