Company Description:

West Bancorporation acquired Hawkeye State Bank with two locations
in Iowa City. We now have ten banking locations with total assets
exceeding $1 billion. The company also acquired VMF Capital
LLC, the largest independent asset manager headquartered in
Iowa, with offices in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines.
