 | Linda Schaut, CEcD, LEED® AP Executive Director lschaut@dallascounty-ia.org Linda provides executive directorship to The Alliance through administration and expertise in economic development. She actively engages in networking to enhance economic development creating local, regional and state partnerships and increasing awareness and support to the Alliance. Linda works with new and existing businesses in their project plans, serving as a consultant for areas such as financial assistance and packaging, site locations, and deal negotiations. | | |  | Julie Einck, LEED® AP Project Manager – Existing Business jeinck@dallascounty-ia.org Julie manages The Alliance’s existing business program. She serves as a resource for existing businesses through project assistance, manages an executive business call program, and partners in the organization of regional business roundtables. Julie is also responsible for all accounting and bookkeeping functions of the office. | | |  | Ryan Carroll, LEED® AP Project Manager - New Business rcarroll@dallascounty-ia.org Ryan manages all new business recruitment and marketing for The Alliance. His responsibilities include coordinating responses and providing assistance to all new business inquiries and projects. Ryan also facilitates marketing strategies to attract business through the website, direct email, and other sources. | | |  | Lisa Schneider, LEED® AP Development Resource Manager lschneider@dallascounty-ia.org Lisa performs research and analyses for business reports, project inquiries, grants, legislative priorities, and as requested. Lisa’s other responsibilities include the creation and distribution of monthly reports, newsletters, and annual reports, maintenance of the website and LocationOne Information System (LOIS) database, and technical assistance within the office. | | |  | Leann Reiste Administrative Assistant lreiste@dallascounty-ia.org Leann provides administrative support to The Alliance, including handling phone inquiries and correspondence, organizations of meetings, and database maintenance. She also plans and coordinates The Alliance events including a golf outing and annual meeting. |
