Evan Oster has been development coordinator for West Lakes Development for the past 13 years. Following graduation from Iowa State University with a degree in landscape architecture, he spent his first 20 years in a professional design firm and in banking; concentrating on land planning, development and management prior to joining West Lakes Development.
He is married and his wife, JoAnn, is lending manager and branch manager for Financial Plus Credit Union.
